The Northstar Jet Flight School is built upon a foundation of safety, trust, and education. We make flight training affordable with our handcrafted program. As a Part 61 flight training program, there is a level of flexibility. Whether you decide to train part time or full time, our program is designed to accommodate both your learning style and schedule.
Discovery Flight
Take the first step in Learning to Fly.
A Discovery Flight is a great place to start your aviation journey. Experience a Discovery Flight in one of our training aircraft with an instructor to get a feel for flying in a small aircraft. This 45-minute introductory flight is a great opportunity to ask the instructor any questions you may have about flight lessons or a career in aviation!

Scenic Flight
Explore Western Montana by air with Northstar Jet.
Explore the mountains, lakes, rivers, and valleys of Montana with Northstar Jet’s backcountry pilots. Choose from four different route options or create your own itinerary. All flights depart from the Missoula Airport, accommodate 1-3 passengers, and last 30-60 minutes. Experience the stunning views & scenery of Montana!
