Jennifer leads the dynamic team of Aerial Firefighting experts at Neptune Aviation. Under her leadership, Neptune is innovating in the rapidly evolving aerial firefighting landscape. Jennifer is transforming Neptune by cultivating a working environment of trust, by investing in cutting edge technology, and by championing operational and safety excellence. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Business from the University of Montana, a Bachelor of Arts in English Literature from University of Washington and is CPA certificated. Jennifer began her aviation career working at Boeing where she worked at the flight-testing field in Quality Assurance. With over 25 years of experience in the Aerial Firefighting Industry, Jennifer is recognized as a leader in aerial wildland firefighting. Jennifer is committed to upholding Neptune’s company values of a firm handshake, a resilient spirit, and embracing family.

Nic spent his first day at Neptune cleaning P2V parts in a solvent tank and sweeping the hangar floor. That was more than 27 years ago, and he remains passionate about all phases of Aerial Firefighting. Nic worked his way up from mechanics apprentice to the Vice President of Operations. This rise through the organization has given him unique insight and experience in aircraft maintenance, Repair Station operations, and especially Air Tanker operations. He oversees the day–to–day operations and efficiency of Neptune. Nic is readily available to customers and employees to identify issues, formulate plans and implement solutions to provide superior aerial firefighting services.
