A&P Mechanic—Tanker Shop
This position is responsible for all aircraft inspection, maintenance, preventive maintenance, repair, overhaul, and components or accessories airworthiness and quality within the designated shop.
A&P Mechanic – Charter/GA Shop
This position is responsible for all aircraft inspection, maintenance, preventive maintenance, repair, overhaul, and components or accessories airworthiness and quality within the designated shop.
MACHINIST
This position is responsible for manufacturing parts for aircraft, building special tools, fixtures, and/or repair aircraft components using engine lathe, knee mill, NC mill, CNC lathe, and/or other machine shop tools.
Research and Development Engineer
This position will be responsible for solution development for current and future airtanker programs. This individual will work closely with multiple stakeholders to engineer and test all aspects of company products and equipment to ensure they meet operational and safety standards.
Avionics/Electrical Technician
Responsible for avionics/electrical maintenance of aircraft. This position will perform service, inspect, repair, overhaul, and alterations returning aircraft(s) to service in accordance with repair station policies and procedures.
FBO Line Service Technician
This position is responsible for servicing aircraft and providing exceptional customer service to passengers and flight crews. Primary responsibilities include fueling and towing all varieties of aircraft from Airlines to small General Aviation aircraft. Shuffling aircraft in and out of hangars, servicing aircraft, and providing quality authentic customer service are daily duties.
Project Manager
This position is responsible for facilitating the strategic development of the airtanker program. This position will work with internal and external stakeholders to successfully accomplish projects and initiatives in an organized and efficient manner.
Staff Accountant
The Staff Accountant is a member of Neptune’s accounting and administration team. The staff accountant’s responsibilities will include maintaining financial records and reports, performing account reconciliations, assisting with budget and close processes, and maintaining accounts payable documents. You will also work with the Vice President of Finance and Controller on additional financial matters and projects as assigned.
FBO General Manager
The General Manager is responsible for all aspects of the FBO. This includes but is not limited to, customer relations, line operations, flight school operations, health, safety, and environmental functions. Plans, directs, and coordinates activities for the sale and provision of general aviation support services such as fuel, hangar and office rental, and Profit & Loss responsibility for assigned duties. Manages team of supervisors and employees at the location. The General Manager will promote a positive team environment to better serve our customers.
Customer Service Representative/Front Desk
Customer Service Representative will greet customers and perform front desk duties on weekdays, weekends, and holidays.
Custodial Engineer
This position is responsible for maintaining Neptune Aviation Services’ campus facilities as directed to provide a clean, functional, and safe environment for employees, contractors, and clients.
Parts Clerk
The Parts Clerk will provide responsive service and record each activity in the inventory management system accurately and in a timely manner. Keep the store areas clean and well organized. Assist with receiving, handling, storing and shipping aircraft parts, material, equipment, and tooling.
